Product Return Policy
Spa Ceylon will accept any product that the customer is not happy with and will refund the price of the product in full or replace with another product of the customer’s choice. The product has to be returned (in person or by courier) to "Hortencia" 30th Road Opp Amarsons off Linking Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai 400 050, India at the customer’s expense, within 4 weeks of purchase, together with the invoice/receipt received from Spa Ceylon at the time of the original purchase.
Prior to dispatching the defective product, customer should either call us on 022 2651 1574 (all days, 11am to 8.30pm) or Email us at : firstname.lastname@example.org stating reasons for return.
If a replacement is required due to product defect, Spa Ceylon will bear the cost of shipping to the destination of the customer - as per the original invoice.
